Improvements That Strengthen Our Parish’s Safety, Beauty, and Hospitality

As many of you have noticed, we have begun reconfiguring portions of our church interior to better accommodate the growing number of people who gather here for worship, prayer, and parish activities. These improvements are not only designed to provide a more welcoming and comfortable environment, but also to enhance the safety and security of everyone who visits our parish.
One of the changes you will see in the church interior is the addition of larger entrance and windows near the main entrances. These provide greater visibility and help reduce hidden or obstructed areas around the church. With the increasing number of parishioners, visitors, and ministry participants throughout the week and on weekends, it is important that our facilities remain safe, open, and accessible for all.
Our Parish Hall is also receiving a much-needed facelift. After extensive consultation and assessment, we have created a designated main entrance and exit to improve the flow of traffic and provide easier access to our gathering spaces. These improvements will be especially helpful during the busy holiday
seasons and large parish events when many groups and families use the hall. Additionally, we have established a dedicated Confirmation Office in a location that is more visible and accessible to our families, teens, and visitors. Moving the office outside the Parish Hall allows for greater convenience and easier communication. The former Confirmation Office has been converted into a storage area, making tables, chairs, and other parish resources more accessible for ministry and
event needs.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for your patience, understanding, and generous financial support throughout these improvement projects. Your contributions through the Building Fund envelopes and online giving have made these upgrades possible. As I have always promised, every donation entrusted to the parish is used thoughtfully, responsibly, and with great care. Above all, these projects are motivated by my desire to provide a safe, welcoming and prayerful
environment for everyone who comes to our parish. Whether you are a longtime parishioner or a first-time visitor, I want you to feel at home here and able to encounter the Lord in a place that reflects Hisbeauty, peace, and love.
I recognize that change can sometimes be challenging. Yet we live in a time that calls us to be attentive, responsible, and accountable in the ways we care for our parish community. For this reason, I also encourage all parish volunteers and ministry members to complete their VIRTUS training and fingerprinting requirements. This Archdiocesan policy applies to everyone who serves in the Church, including clergy, parish staff, and volunteers. Together, we share the responsibility of ensuring a safe environment for all, especially our children and vulnerable adults.
We are truly blessed by God in so many ways. Most importantly, you are the heart of this parish. Your faith, generosity, service, and presence make our parish a vibrant and loving community. Thank you for walking this journey with me as we continue to grow, improve, and build a parish home where all are welcomed, cherished, and inspired to deepen their relationship with Christ.

Que la paz y las bendiciones de nuestro Sehor Jesucristo estén con ustedes.
Como muchos de ustedes habrén notado, hemos comenzado a reconfigurar algunas partes del interior de nuestra iglesia para dar cabida mejor al creciente numero de personas que se reünen aqui para el culto, la orac1ón y las actividades parroquiales. Estas mejoras no solo estén disehadas para ofrecer un ambiente más acogedor y Comodo, Sino también para reforzar la seguridad de todos los que visitan nuestra parroquia.
Uno de los cambios que verán en el interior de la iglesia es la incorporación de una entrada més amplia y de ventanas cerca de las entradas principales. Estas proporcionan mayor visibilidad y ayudan a reducir las Greas ocultas u obstruidas alrededor de la iglesia. Con el creciente numero de feligreses, visitantes y participantes en los ministerios durante la semana y los fines de semana, es importante que nuestras instalaciones se mantengan seguras, abiertas y accesibles para todos.
Nuestro salón parroquial también está recibiendo una renovación muy necesaria. Tras amplias consultas y evaluaciones, hemos creado una entrada y salida principales designadas para mejorar el flujo de personas y facilitar el acceso a nuestros espacios de reunion. Estas mejoras serén especialmente ütiles durante las temporadas festivas de mayor afluencia y los grandes eventos parroquiales, cuando muchos grupos y familias utilizan el salon.
Además, hemos establecido una oficina dedicada a la Confirmación en un lugar més visible y accesible para nuestras familias, adolescentes y visitantes. El traslado de la oficina fuera del salón parroquial permite una mayor comodidad y una comunicación més fluida. La antigua oficina de Confirmación se ha convertido en un irea de almacenamiento, lo que facilita el acceso a mesas, sillas y Otros recursos parroquiales para las necesidades de los ministerios y eventos.
Quisiera expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento por su paciencia, comprensión y generoso apoyo financiero a lo largo de estos proyectos de mejora. Sus contribuciones a través de los sobres del Fondo de
Construcción y las donaciones en linea han hecho posibles estas mejoras. Como siempre he prometido, cada donación confiada a la parroquia se utiliza de manera reflexiva, responsable y con gran cuidado. Por encima de todo, estos proyectos están motivados por mi deseo de brindar un ambiente seguro, acogedor y de oración para todos los que vienen a nuestra parroquia. Ya sea que seas un feligrés de toda la vida o un visitante por primera vez, quiero que te sientas como en casa aqui y que puedas encontrarte con el Sehor en un lugar que refleje Su belleza, paz y amor.
Reconozco que el cambio a veces puede ser un reto. Sin embargo, vivimos en una época que nos exige estar atentos, ser responsables y rendir cuentas en la forma en que cuidamos de nuestra comunidad parroquial. Por esta razón, también animo a todos los voluntarios de la parroquia y a los miembros de los ministerios a que cumplan con los requisitos de capacitación VIRTUS y toma de huellas digitales. Esta politica arquidiocesana se aplica a todas las personas que prestan servicio en la Iglesia, incluyendo al clero, al personal parroquial y a los voluntarios. Juntos, compartimos la responsabilidad de garantizar un entorno seguro para todos, especialmente para nuestros nirhos y adultos vulnerables.
Dios nos ha bendecido verdaderamente de muchas maneras. LO més importante es que ustedes son el corazón de esta parroquia. Su fe, generosidad, servicio y presencia hacen de nuestra parroquia una comunidad vibrante y Ilene de amor. Gracias por acompaáarme en este camino mientras seguimos creciendo, mejorando y construyendo un hogar parroquial donde todos sean bienvenidos, apreciados e inspirados a profundizar su relación con Cristo.
