community and support

Together in Faith, Stronger in Service

Our ministries are the heartbeat of a compassionate and connected community. Whether offering a listening ear, a helping hand, or a space to grow in faith, each ministry is a living expression of Christ’s call to serve. From outreach programs and family support to prayer groups and pastoral care, we walk together—uplifting one another, responding to needs, and building bridges of hope. Join us in creating a culture of belonging, where every person is seen, supported, and empowered to flourish.
